- Product Introduction
The aluminum ingot automatic production line is special‑purpose automated production equipment for the aluminum alloy ingot casting industry. The complete production line integrates continuous casting machine, aluminum ingot slag‑scraping robot unit, laser marking machine, aluminum ingot palletizing robot unit, aluminum ingot conveyor line, aluminum ingot packaging line, in‑line weighing mechanism, automatic labeling machine and electrical control system. It realizes low‑labor‑intensity automatic production for the full process of aluminum ingots, covering casting, cooling, slag scraping, palletizing, weighing, labeling, packaging and finished‑product warehousing.
- Configuration & Functions
1）Continuous Casting Machine
Molten aluminum is poured into aluminum ingot molds via an aluminum liquid distributor. Adopting spray cooling or immersion mold cooling process, it completes the full‑process procedures including molten aluminum pouring, circulating mold cooling and demolding.
2）Slag‑Scraping Robot
Mounted above the casting machine, the slag‑scraping robot automatically removes oxide scale on the surface of molten aluminum following the production rhythm of the casting machine, replacing traditional high‑temperature manual operation.
3）Palletizing Robot
The palletizing robot is equipped with robot body, tooling fixture, palletizing conveyor line, ingot‑foot conveyor line and placement stations. It supports dual‑line palletizing by a single robot, and can connect two casting production lines simultaneously to perform automatic picking and palletizing procedures.
4）Electrical Control Cabinet
The PLC for the electrical control system adopts Siemens brand. Equipped with a touch‑screen visual operation interface, it enables real‑time monitoring of equipment operating status, adjustment of production parameters and fault information inquiry, realizing centralized management and control of the entire aluminum ingot production line.
5）Ingot Cooling Conveyor Line (Optional)
Replaces palletizing placement stations for storing multiple bundles of aluminum ingots for natural cooling.
6）Laser Marking Machine (Optional)
Installed on one side of the casting machine, it performs laser marking on each aluminum ingot to imprint production batch information in batches.
7）Weighing‑Labeling‑Packaging Production Line (Optional)
Integrated with in‑line weighing, automatic labeling and fully‑automatic strapping & packaging functions. It automatically completes finished‑product weighing, information labeling and strapping after palletizing.
8）AGV Transportation (Optional)
AGV vehicles are adopted to transport finished aluminum ingots to the finished‑product warehouse.
9）Data Acquisition & Management System
Features data acquisition and display, and supports data information interaction by docking with the SCADA system.
